When a tree falls but misses structures, removal is usually not covered. We provide written reports with photos for claims either way.

Stay away from the tree, especially if power lines are involved. If safe, move cars. Take photos before moving anything for insurance. Don't cut anything yourself, chainsaw injuries go way up during storms. If the roof is punctured, put a bucket under the drip and wait. We bring tarps.
